You basically get to build your own lobster roll and put whatever you want on it. If you don’t like it, you’re doing it wrong. Our favorite is with Lime and Jalapeno mayo!
“Something for the Locals” Same idea as the lobster roll but this one showcases sweet Maine crab meat. We use Jonah or Rock Crab depending on what’s in season. Try it with lime mayo and butter!

Lobster Cheese Crisp Taco

This “Happy Accident” quickly became one of the most sought after snacks in all the land, and for obvious reasons. It’s basically a lobster roll but instead of carbs it’s CHEESE!

“There is no Burger Higher” 8oz Brisket Blend Patty with carmelized onions, chopped romaine and your choice of sauce on a freshly baked sesame seed bun. We cook them pink or brown and encourage you to add some things on top! Maybe Bacon? Avocado? Make it a Crabby Patty Perhaps? The Burger is yours and yours alone!
