MAINS

This “Happy Accident” quickly became one of the most sought after snacks in all the land, and for obvious reasons. It’s basically a lobster roll but instead of carbs it’s CHEESE!
“Lobster Tail on a Stick” Your choice of warmed in butter or covered in our corn bread batter and deep fried. Dipping sauce is up to you
“Beggahs CAN be choosahs” Three of our mini rolls served side by side and sauced to your request
“Something a Little Lighter” The same delicious toasty bread as the grilled cheese but with our thick cut applewood bacon, fresh Maine tomatoes, and chopped romaine. Goes great with any of our mayos.
“Luxury Comfort Food” Buttery Toasted Bread, Gooey Cheddar and Swiss Blend, Fresh Claw and knuckle meat. Let this sensual sandwich take you to pleasure town.
“We have a salad!” Everything you want from a caesar salad, as long as you don’t like anchovies! The real move is adding lobster to it, or chicken depending on the occasion!
Local Haddock, lager-battered and fried golden brown. Sits on a bed of lettuce and topped with our bright and zesty house-made tartar sauce.
“Maine’s Best Sandwich” It’s our Highburger, but we pull the onions and top it with fresh butter poached lobster meat. The best of both worlds! Offered with either a 4oz or 8oz patty.

“The Heart and Soul of the Highroller” Fresh baked brioche, Chopped Romaine, 4 oz of fresh Maine claw and knuckle meat, your choice of sauce. You basically get to build your own lobster roll and put whatever you want on it. If you don’t like it, you’re doing it wrong. Our favorite is with Lime and Jalapeno mayo!
“There is no Burger Higher” Your choice of 4oz or 8oz Brisket Blend Patty with caramelized onions, chopped romaine, and choice of sauce on a freshly baked brioche bun. We cook them pink or brown and encourage you to add some things on top! Maybe tomato? Bacon? An egg, perhaps? The burger is yours and yours alone!
Double portion of local lager-battered haddock, fried golden brown on a bed of Highfries. Served with house tartar sauce.
“The Red Snappah” Red hot dogs are a staple in Maine, and these are the best of the best. A foot-long pork and beef frank packed by Shields’ Meats in Kennebunk, ME. Served in a toasty golden bun OR deep fried in corn bread batter. Enjoy with whichever sauces you want!
